We are looking for an Account Manager from a Digital Agency / Creative Agency background to join the team of a high energy, leading Brand / Marketing Agency working with leading brands in the retail / Beverage industry. The Ideal candidate would have Snr Account Manager / Project Manager experience, ideally from an agency background (Creative / Marketing preferred but not essential). Working with exciting global brands as a senior member of the client services team. You'll be responsible for day-to-day and strategic interactions with clients, the Senior Account Manager (SAM) will be required to establish new and maintain existing relationships by developing a good understanding of their client's business (Retail / Beverage), key drivers in their sector and become established as a trusted partner who provides value-added services. Able to easily deal with challenging projects, clients and situations through clever problem-solving and clear communication, the SAM will be an individual who thrives under pressure.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Leading Brand Agency - its initially a 12-14 mths fixed term role, but my client is growing at pace and there is a strong possibility that this will turn into a Perm role. But 12 mths working on these Global Brands will strengthen your experience. Based in Northampton 2 days a week, this offers a great hybrid working model.
